The Systematic Machinery Bundle Rotating Conveyor works great in diecutter lines with bundle breakers. It receives single or multiple rows of bundles, rotates and delivers them downstream. We offer three models: the BRC-1, belts only; BRC-2, belts and rollers; and BRC-3, with an extra-large matrix of belts and rollers. Here are some details:

• 100” (2540 mm) and 136” (3454 mm) diameter sizes
  
  
• Multiple 2” (51 mm) belts on 7.5” (190 mm) centers
  
  
• Finger-safe guides keep belts centered and prevent sheets from getting under the belts
  
  
• The BRC-2 and BRC-3 have 1.9” (48 mm) diameter galvanized rollers on finger-safe 2.25” (57 mm) centers
  
  
• Variable speed drives for smooth operation and a sub - 15 second cycle time
