Specialty folder-gluers can produce springy, asymmetrical, hard to handle boxes. Making straight bundles from these boxes is slow and difficult. The Specialty Bundle Squaring Station solves this problem, with a gathering table and back guide, conveyor and hold-down assembly. The operator loosely gathers each bundle, and this machine does the rest. Bundles are gently stabilized as they are straightened and delivered to a bundle tier. The result is superior bundle quality and much higher production rates with only one operator. The machine is easily moved via casters for quick setups.
